Pyramid Breweries Inc. named Jim Hilger chief financial officer, corporate secretary and vice president of finance and administration.
In July, the brewer of beers and sodas said Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Eric Peterson would be leaving the company at the end of August to return to Tridia Partners, a chief financial officer/financial consulting firm he co-founded.

Pyramid said Hilger was previously chief executive for WorldCatch Inc., a Seattle-based seafood importing company that developed e-commerce systems for the seafood industry.
