Manhattan Beer Distributors of the Bronx, NY, has announced a donation $50,000 to the Windows of Hope Family Relief Fund. The fund was founded by David Emil, owner of Windows on the World, amongst others. It is designed to aid families of victims of the World Trade Center attack who worked in food service occupations. "New Yorkers are still numb," said Simon Bergson, president and CEO of Manhatan Beer. "This our first step for immediate relief for the families of restaurant workers who suffered, and out way to help jump-start the Windows of Hope fundraising."
