Band battles Boston Beer

BoDean's band members have filed suit against Boston Beer for unspecified monetary damages. The suit accuses the brewer of giving the impression that the band and brand are connected, citing one ad that "includes guitars hanging on the defendant's malt liquor bottles."

Boston Beer denies any connection between its brand and the band.
