Beer Institute Annual Meeting - Brief Article

The Beer Institute announced the addition of new members and a new slate of officers at its November meeting, held at the Registry Resort in Naples, FL.

Under the new table of organization, Pat Stokes, president and chairman of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., will serve as chairman, and John Bowlin, president and CEO of Miller will be vice-chairman.

In addition, Richard Keating, vice president and senior government affairs officer for Anheuser-Busch will serve as Beer Institute treasurer and chairman of its management committee and Tim Scully, v.p. of government affairs for the Philip Morris Management Corporation takes over as vice chairman of the Beer Institute management committee. "The changes in leadership at the Beer Institute will help us build on our successes of the last two years," said Institute president Jeff Becker.
