Brewer Willibald Sterzinger dies at 93 - Weekly Specialty Beer Report - Brief Article - Obituary

Willibald "Will" Sterzinger, age 93, of St. Paul, died on February 20,2002. He worked for the Grain Belt Brewing Co. of Minneapolis, MN, for 27 years, and retired as the company's Master Brewer.

Mr. Sterzinger was a member of the Mater Brewers Association of the Americas BAA since 1953 and was also a member of the St. Agnes Men's Club. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Catherine; his son, George and his wife Mary; grandchildren, Christine (Mike) Schoenecker, Tony, Paul (Valerie) and Patrick; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Barbara in Germany. Also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The funeral departed from the Roseville Memorial Chapel, for burial on Monday the 25th at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Memorials preferred to the St. Agnes Schools Special Programs.
