Wild Goose Amber flies to New Jersey

Having won loyal followers and good reviews throughout the Middle-Atlantic states, the Wild Goose Brewery announced it has begun distribution of its Wild Goose Amber beer and Thomas Point Light Golden Ale throughout New Jersey.

Both Wild Goose Amber and Thomas Point Light Ale will be available throughout the entire state through Regal Wine Imports in Thorofare, NJ.

"New Jersey has a great brewing history and we are proud to be part of the legacy of fine, handcrafted beers brewed with patience and attention to quality," reported Wild Goose vice president Richard Klein. "Being a native of New Jersey, I've been eager to introduce the people of New Jersey to a truly world-class beer."

Since the brewery began operation in October, 1989, in Cambridge, MD, Wild Goose Amber has become one of the Mid-Atlantic's finest and most popular beers, according to Klein. The Journal newspapers of Maryland and Virginia voted Wild Goose Amber the number-one local beer in the area, The Washingtonian magazine named it one of that city's best beers, and The Washington Post has called the beer "superlative."

"There was a time when American breweries produced some of the world's finest brews and we think the time and care we take in brewing will show that those days are back," said Wild Goose brewmaster Alan Pugsley.
