CIA infiltrates the People's Republic of China

A joint effort between the Culinary Institute of America and the Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA) has created the China Food Service Education Initiative in the People's Republic of China. The program, which includes handson training and seminars, launched in Shanghai at the end of August.

Over the next year, they hope to bring advanced culinary and wine education programs to more than 1,200 hotel and restaurant professionals in China.
