The U.S. subsidiary of Champagne Veuve Clicquot has acquired financial interest in the Napa Valley winery and will assume worldwide marketing. Newton Vineyard produces ultra-premium red and white wines. Founders Peter and Su Hua Newton will continue to manage and operate the winery.
