Western Square Industries of Stockton, Calif., has acquired the assets of Westec's division for barrel rack manufacturing. The Westec Division of the Alary Corporation will continue to manufacture all other products and systems that it currently does. Western Square Industries is a manufacturer of barrel racks and pallets for the wine industry.
