Christopher J. Gerling was appointed extension associate in Cornell University's Department of Food Science and Technology at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, N.Y. He will play a leading role in the coordination of enology and extension programs, facilitating education programs to support growth and improved quality of state wines.
