Francis Ford Coppola has christened his latest acquisition "Francis Ford Coppola presents ROSSO & BIANCO." Coppola purchased the former Chateau Souverain winery in Geyserville, Sonoma County in March 2006. The new name echoes that of Coppola's popular red and white blends, which launched in 1997.

New labels are being designed for Rosso and Bianco wines, and the winery is undergoing extensive renovations, expected to take several years. The restaurant and outdoor dining room will be remodeled, and the restaurant will also have a new name, concept and menu. Coppola's five Academy Awards are already on display, and more of his film and personal memorabilia will also be showcased.
