Northwestern Iowa grapegrowers who have been meeting monthly for the past five years decided in April to formalize the arrangement by founding the Northwest Iowa Grape Growers Association. Membership includes some 15-25 growers and wineries in the area, many of which also are members of the Iowa Wine Growers Association.
