Joseph Filippi '99 White Merlot is just the ticket for a hot summer lunch or dinner al fresco. It's dry, only 10.7%, and was grown in the Cucamonga district, a historic district not heard of normally. Too bad, nice wine. Tasted in August, when it was hot!
