Knightsbridge Fine Wines has joined with Kirkland Ranch Winery, Napa Valley, to form a jointly owned subsidiary, Kirkland Knightsbridge LLC. Knightsbridge and the Kirkland family each own 50% of the business, which was financed with a $20 million secured loan from Travelers insurance.
