Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery, Healdsburg, Calif., released the first Cabernet Sauvignon from its mountain vineyards. The 2001 vintage is the first Cabernet produced by the winery in the six years after its valley floor vineyards were ravaged by phylloxera. The new Cabernet retails for $28.
