Boisset picks plastic

Boisset's new Yellow Jersey brand, named for the Tour de France winner's shirt, is being test-marketed in Ontario, Canada, prior to a global launch. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines from the Pays d'Oc are bottled in 750ml plastic bottles sealed with screwcaps, retailing at $14.95 Canadian. The bottles can be recycled or reused.
