Wines & Vines, Sept, 2003
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) ruled that Seneca Lake will be the Finger Lakes' latest viticultural area. The new AVA covers more than 204,000 acres, which are currently home to 33 wineries and about 3,750 acres of vineyards.
