The Napa County Conservation, Development and Planning Commission approved construction of Arroyo Creek Vineyards, Christina Vineyards and Biale Estate Winery. Arroyo Creek will produce about 50,000 cases annually. Christina will make about 8,000 a year and Biale approximately 16,000.
