1. Employees will need a minimum 5% for down payment and an overall good credit profile to be eligible for a loan decision during their application call. Single-family dwellings, townhouses and planned unit developments only. Candos, co-ops and investment properties are excluded. Also, because with this program the loan decision may not be subject to an appraisal, employees may want to consult their legal advisor to include an appraisal contingency in their purchase contract. Other underwriting conditions may apply, such as a maximum loan amount.

2. Transportation not included with the hotel gateway. The Gift Choise offer and other benefits through The Employee Mortgage Program[R] cannot be combined with the benefits of The Relocation Mortgage Program[R] or any other program or offer.
