The dictionary defines innovative as characterized by, tending to or introducing a new idea, method or device." Does that describe your HR department? If so, we want to hear about it. Enter the HR Magazine Innovative Practice Awards, which recognize and publicize state-of-the-art programs, projects and policies.

Winning HR departments in three size categories--as selected by an independent panel of experienced HR professionals--will be featured in an HR Magazine article next year. And one representative from each winning organization will receive a complimentary registration to the SHRM Annual Conference in Orlando, Fla., where winners will be presented with their awards.
