HR Magazine, Dec, 2004

ProAct Technologies Corp. has released the latest version of its software package, ProAct Total Rewards Statement 3.0. This web-based software is designed to be a powerful new motivation and retention tool that offers employers a single online resource for managing compensation and benefits plans. The ProAct Total Rewards Statement supports all compensation and benefits plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, profit sharing, total compensation, health and welfare, executive benefits, and nonqualified plans. The software is designed to collect information from financial services providers and to fully integrate the information with a company's compensation and benefits plans.
