ProAct Technologies Corp. has released the latest version of its software package, ProAct Total Rewards Statement 3.0. This web-based software is designed to be a powerful new motivation and retention tool that offers employers a single online resource for managing compensation and benefits plans. The ProAct Total Rewards Statement supports all compensation and benefits plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, profit sharing, total compensation, health and welfare, executive benefits, and nonqualified plans. The software is designed to collect information from financial services providers and to fully integrate the information with a company's compensation and benefits plans. It then generates easy-to-understand statements that employees can view, assess and update from any computer with Internet access.

COCO Development LLC has launched its newest HR compliance solution, COBRApoint. This new software is one of the first web-based tools specifically designed to help employers comply with the complex regulations of COBRA and the medical notification requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The software is also designed to help support state-mandated health care continuation plans and retiree health care billing systems.
