UnumProvident now offers small employers a new way to enhance the benefits that they provide to employees with its new WorkPack insurance portfolio. WorkPack is part of UnumProvident's Voluntary Workplace Benefits and allows employers to enhance their core benefits package without having to absorb additional cost burdens.

Under the plan, employees can purchase a variety of supplemental coverage options through convenient payroll deductions that provide them and their families with additional insurance protections. The WorkPack portfolio includes products that cover a wide array of income protection needs such as short-term disability, term life and critical illness coverage.
