AIRS and TruStar Solutions have joined to offer a new resume sourcing and recruitment tool. TruStar Solutions Resume Sourcing is powered by AIRS Oxygen, and the online applicant search tool combines traditional resume banks with the power of online search capabilities from AIRS. These new recruitment tools from AIRS and Trustar allow HR managers to quickly search the top Internet job sites and sort through millions of resumes and home pages on the Internet, and select and then contact top job candidates quickly and cost efficiently by e-mail.

The Pearl Law Group has developed and released the new software tool ImmigrationTracker. The software is designed to help employers comply with federal immigration rules and regulations and to ensure employees from other nations are eligible to work in the United States. The software provides online links to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service so that employers have immediate access to information on updated immigration reports and to the status of any pending immigration cases.
