RTIX has announced the launch of onCore, a software package designed to help employers better assess the skills and behavioral competencies of their workforces. The new software allows employers to create a profile for each employee. Employees can access their own profiles at any time through corporate intranets, and managers and team leaders can update the employee profiles and rate their job skills and competencies after each performance review.
The new software can support one-to-one, 360-degree or self-assessment programs.
