EyeConcur Corp. has announced the launch of its IntroView service, an innovative online introduction service for the recruitment and employment markets. Each IntroView is a short, five-to-seven-minute video interview of job seekers answering a series of targeted questions from their specific career field.

The video content is professionally edited and digitally encoded so that each IntroView can be delivered to potential employers over the Internet, on-demand, via digital streaming. The IntroView videos are designed to give job seekers a valuable edge in today's competitive employment market, and, at the same time, to lower an employer's hiring costs by providing a new screening tool and thereby reducing the number of candidates employers must schedule for face-to-face interviews.
