Avaltus Inc., formerly Payback Training Systems, has launched a new service that allows employers to convert large libraries of existing training materials to electronic and online learning systems. The service also easily and cost-effectively can update an employer's training material and then help manage the converted content.
By using a new software platform, Avaltus is able to convert existing training materials quickly to an interactive format that can be used online and that can be easily customized to an employer's needs.
