HR Magazine, March, 2003
With the release of The Complete 360-Degree Resource Kit, employers now have a new tool that is designed to improve their organizations' 360-degree feedback processes and help boost morale, customer service and productivity. The eight-volume kit was developed to provide HR practitioners a comprehensive resource on 360-degree feedback programs. The kit also offers step-by-step methods for preparing and training a workforce as a whole. The kit includes a model design for a successful 360-degree process, training workshops for participants in the 360-degree procedures and processes, a comprehensive coaching guide, full-color PowerPoint presentations, and guidebooks for workshop participants.
World Wide Learn Inc. has announced that it has added a new business skills section to its web-based WorldWideLearn.com Directory. This new section was developed as a response to a weaker economy, which is forcing workers to develop and hone their critical business skills to ensure job security and advancement. The new business skills section features nearly 20 different categories and is designed to help users quickly locate the specific courses they need to gain a competitive edge.
