Business ethics

HR Magazine, March, 2005

The Center for Ethical Business Cultures (CEBC) at the University of St. Thomas--Minnesota has developed and launched the new business ethics assessment tool called the CEBC Integrity Measurement Program. The CEBC and the consulting firm of Gantz Wiley Research joined together to develop the program, which consists of two employee surveys.

The 28-question CEBC Integrity Survey is designed to provide management with an in-depth analysis of an organization's ethical environment. The second survey is a five-item index called the CEBC Integrity QuickCheck, which is designed to provide an overall view of an organization's corporate culture and ethics practices.
