Bored employees found to damage organizations

> Beware the bored employee, who can wield far more serious consequences on the workplace than the overworked employee, new research finds. While overworked employees are more prevalent, employees with too little work to perform can lower morale and productivity and drain resources. They often are ill-suited for the work they do or are in poorly designed jobs, according to a survey from Sirota Survey Intelligence.
