In February's edition of this column, we wrote that HR Magazine had made investments in quality, such as adding staff editors.

Nearly four years ago, we made a similar investment in a bright, articulate associate editor with great ability and tremendous promise. Over the years, Adrienne Fox has lived up to her considerable potential. So I'm proud to announce that she has assumed a new role as senior editor. In that capacity, she will play a greater part in managing our workflow and ensuring that our web presence remains top notch.

This past year has challenged every business, but HR Magazine has ridden out what appears to be the worst of the storm--thanks in no small part to Adrienne's efforts. Thank you for your fine work, Adrienne, and congratulations: You've truly earned this.
