Halogen Software Inc. has released Halogen EPM Suite version 7.0 of its employee performance management software. The new software features more than 30 new enhancements designed to help simplify burdensome procedures and give line managers more control in adjusting performance appraisals to fit the job and meet the needs of individual employees.
HR managers can easily configure the system to allow supervisors to change the appraisal processes, to skip steps in the process if they need to, or to adjust the scoring and weighting totals. Employee comments and electronic sign-off procedures also have been simplified. Expanded printing options make the new performance management tool easy to use for managers at all levels.
