DHS drafting rule to halt multiple H-1B visa applications

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is drafting a regulation that would prohibit employers from filing more than one H-1B visa application for a foreign national, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Julie Myers, the director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
