Hiring House is a new HR outsourcing service that uses people, not computers, to receive and sort through resumes on behalf of corporate HR departments. Members of the Hiring House staff will screen and conduct phone interviews of qualified applicants and then select the best candidates for personal interviews with the employer.
Unlike other recruitment outsourcing groups and web sites, Hiring House does not keep a database of applicants; staffers examine and assess resumes individually and to the specifications of each client.
