We are a private restaurant company operating in premier locations in major cities throughout the nation. We have an opportunity for a Human Resource/Recruiting Manager to be based in Phoenix. This position has a strong emphasis on Restaurant Management Recruitment. This individual will be responsible for generalist activities including, but not limited to, recruitment initiatives, applicant screening, tracking, monthly reporting, and performance development. This key member of our management team will be responsible for developing and overseeing regional recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring candidates for open positions. They will serve as a direct business partner with Operations management. This is a hands-on position.
Experience:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Master's Degree preferred
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resource Management with an emphasis on recruiting
Frequent travel required.

Benefits Specialist
This front line position is responsible for day-to-day administration of benefit plans, acting as a resource for all Benefits related issues for employees and supervisors for multi-states within a 2,500 employee base. Will act as a liaison between providers and employees to resolve issues and administer benefit programs including fully and partially insured medical and dental and Voluntary Accidental/Life, FMLA, 401(k), Cafeteria 125, Flexible Spending Plans and COBRA/HIPPA. Will reconcile and process all benefit invoices, compile and maintain employee files and assist in coordinating annual open enrollment for benefits, 5500 audits and 401(k) discrimination testing. Requirements include a minimum of 2 or more years experience. Knowledge of federal/state laws (FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA). Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable and preferred. Strong customer service, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work well in a diverse employee population. MS Office and HRIS experience.
