There are approximately 130 employees at the site. Responsiblities include coordination of people processes involving managers and employees when they are hired, transferred or separated. Primary responsibility for promoting positive employee relations, including the ongoing administration of employee polices, practices and Union contract as well as compliance with local and federal regulations. The successful candidate must have a BS degree in Human Resources with 5 to 7 years experience at a unionized manufacturing facility.
