HR Business Partner
Arlington
Provide progressive HR generalist support using sound human resource practices. This position emphasizes employee relations, and assistance with reaching E*Trade Financial's business objectives. Scope of position includes fielding HR questions and concerns from managers and associates, translating issues into action plans, implementing solutions, and other projects as assigned. Work as a business partner with management to maintain a solid business relationship while communicating with key business stakeholders on all HR issues.
Minimum Experience:
7 or more years work experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a medium to large organization, with at least two of those years as a Senior HR Generalist. Experience within the Financial Services industry is a plus. Please send resumes to hocallaghan@etrade.com.
