> BenefitsAlliance LLC has launched a new online benefits service called the BenefitsAlliance Online Solution. The new webbased service is designed to be an innovative vehicle to deliver employee benefits and to give employers the capacity to fully outsource their benefits administration. According to company officials, the new online solution can dramatically case the burden of benefits administration through a wide array of features, including comprehensive benefits communication tools; online enrollment and status changes; automatic data transfer from HR information systems to payroll systems; and automatic transfer or enrollment changes and termination data to benefits plans.
