SCENDIS a multi-service human resource consulting company, has unveiled two new web-based training modules that focus on sensitive areas of employee behavior and conduct. One of the training modules is titled "Responding to Conflict" and is designed to help employers improve productivity and teamwork through constructive solutions to personal conflicts.
The other module is titled "Preventing Workplace Harassment" and is designed to help employees learn how to recognize and then avoid behavior that may be perceived as harassment.
