Global Lead Management Consulting has developed and released the new software product Dialogue on Diversity: Computer-Based Diversity Awareness Training. Dialogue on Diversity features two hours of learning content, which is divided into four learning modules. Each module allows users the flexibility to view the training program at any time and to learn at their own paces.

The Dialogue on Diversity also offers the following features to help employers create an effective diversity initiative: consistent and timely messages to the entire organization, cost-effective and interactive sessions that are viable alternatives to traditional diversity training, customized programs that can meet an employer's unique requirements, and flexible learning programs with anywhere/anytime access.
