Referral Performance Assessment - RPA - service offered by Remark Solutions - Brief Article

The Referral Performance Assessment (RPA) is a new service offered by Remark Solutions and is specifically designed to help employers create employee referral programs that really work. By interviewing staff members including the HR director, consultants with Remark Solutions develop a customized survey for each employer.

The survey collects information and feedback from employees. The survey results then are analyzed and used to develop an awareness program that can help motivate employees to participate in corporate referral programs.
