HR Classroom has released a new online training program that focuses on business ethics and employee behavior. The new program is called the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and it provides training on ethical behavior for both staff and supervisors. One Life Coaching Inc. has launched a new web-based service called the One Life Speech Center. The Speech Center offers employers a new and inexpensive way to train and motivate employees. Through the One Life Speech Center, employers can find and purchase training packages on business topics such as effective networking and time management. Employers can schedule training sessions for their employees as often as needed and at their convenience.

The People With Disabilities Foundation has produced a new training video titled "Accommodating Employees and Job Applicants with Psychiatric Disabilities in the Workplace." The 30-minute video provides basic information for employers and employees by examining six different scenarios of common mental disorders. The video focuses on the complex regulations that govern workplace accommodations mad presents them in an easy-to-understand format.
