Development Dimensions International (DDI) has introduced AcqHire, a new online recruitment and hiring tool designed to help employers identify and hire the best candidates for the job. AcqHire uses Targeted Selection, DDI's behavior-based interviewing system, and TS: Access, a software tool for generating online interview guides and integrating applicant information. AcqHire's screening and testing technologies can help narrow the pool of candidates with tests based on the skills and experience requirements for a particular job. DDI's new service also offers online interview training to ensure that hiring managers conduct the best job interviews possible.
