Employease Inc. has announced the launch of a new division, Employease Best Practices. The new business unit will allow clients to tap into HR management innovations and best practices from the client base of Employease, which includes more than 1,000 companies. Many of these businesses have documented substantial returns on investment from the strategic roles of their HR departments.
The new division was created after Employease clients expressed interest in benchmarking with other businesses and learning how their HR departments contribute to the bottom line. Employease Best Practices is designed to provide a unique and powerful HR management benchmarking tool to all employers.
