Towers Perrin has announced the launch of Executive Compensation Resources (ECR), a data collection analysis, research and information service of its executive compensation consulting practice. Harris Interactive will work with Towers Perrin and the ECR service to research and provide critical data to compensation professionals.

The new service will offer ECRonline, an Internet-based newsletter, and subscribers to ECRonline will have access to the Towers Perrin reference library on executive compensation programs.
