The Mirage also registers all of its employees to vote and provides information and education during elections, so that the employees can make informed voting decisions.
Not all of the Mirage's employees are completely satisfied with their workplace, and problems do crop up every now and then, Nathan admits.
"But we do have a pretty good track record. Overall, the Mirage provides a fair workplace and offers good opportunities. That's really all that most people want."
