One Piccadilly Gardens is a new office development currently on site in Manchester, designed by architect Allies and Morrison. The ground floor will contain office, retail and restaurant spaces, with offices on the six upper floors, wrapped around a central atrium. The external facade is constructed of brickwork and Kawneers Series 1612 curtain walling system with specially extruded face caps. At fourth floor level, Kawneers Series 1203 Slope Glaze system will be installed over the atrium.
