Barlo Cast
Barlo Cast plastic lumina are sheets of cast plastic that can be evenly illuminated, allowing small and low power light sources to be used in street furniture and poster displays. Even illumination is achieved by injecting light round the edges of the sheets.Light sources can be fluorescent tubes. optical fibres or LEDs.
Lumina is available in thicknesses 6-15mm. Standard sheet size is 2X3m. Two colours are available: red and blue, but greatest demand is expected to be for clear sheets.

E-Motive Display
E-Motive has supplied a lift monitoring system to the Constellation Office Tower in Los Angeles. The monitoring system tracks real-time lift movement and current status of all cars. Remote operational control allows commands to each lift including placement of car calls, floor lockout and return operation. The Advanced Traffic Analysis package diagnoses lift problems and evaluates performance. Vital statistics such as average call waiting times can be continuously tracked. Mitsubishi Electric and Electronics' Lift and Escalator Division installed the system.

Saneux
Saneux's ELI range of sanitaryware is intended to provide space saving and simplicity of style for a limited budget. Sanitaryware includes three rounded washbasins (including a corner version), all wall mounted, two floor-standing was and a matching one-hole bidet.
Specially designed cabinets are intended to replace the washbasin pedestal with useful storage space. They have curved doors made of marine-grade ply with a lacquer finish. The ELI range is made in white porcelain with chrome towel rails and birch carpentry.

ACO Technologies
Two new water features in the refurbished nineteenth-century central courtyard of HM Treasury in London incorporate ACO Technologies stainless-steel drainage channels in reverse to deliver flat sheets of water of constant level over a combined total outlet length of 18m. Gustafson Porter were the landscape architects. The system was specially made by ACO Technologies. A central walkway runs between two separate pools and the drainage system flattens the high points that would normally occur at fluid entry points below the main horizontal outlet.

EDM Spanwall
EDM's Spanwall system has been used to replace energy-wasteful cladding on a 13-storey 1970s Sheffield office block. Architects D.J. Curtis &Associates produced a drained and ventilated facade solution. With the architects. Spanwall approved installers Pendant Aluminium evolved a specially designed system that incorporates EDM Spanwall's 1016 composite, stacking, flat panel cladding system in silver, integrated with Kawneer double-glazed windows.

LB Plastics
The Litchfield Group of Companies is to bring its range of UK products together for the first time in Hall 6 at Interbuild this year (25-29 April, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham). Shown will be the full range of Sheerframe windows, curtain walling and the new conservatory roof system. Masterdor will demonstrate its range of bespoke external doors and Hometrim products to be seen include decorative skirtings and fascia boards. Sheerline ramps, decks and verandahs will also be shown on stand 6C44.

RIDI
RIDI Lighting has produced the Corona, a circular wall-mounted luminaire. It uses the circular fluorescent 40W T5 lamp which is combined with a cross-section rectangular housing to create a luminaire intended for school, restaurant and commercial interiors and the domestic market. The Corona body is titanium or white, with optional colours for branding and signage. Matt glass shades are available to veil and diffuse the lamps, which are normally exposed. Half-round clear or opal polycarbonate covers are also available. Ceiling fitting and wire suspension options are possible.
