The most important day in an architect's career, claims this on-screen, sub-PowerPoint, is presenting plans to a new client. Becky uses a tablet computer to revise drawings, uses a mobile phone to get the team together and the final draft is prepared within an hour ready for review by the clean-cut hunk of a client who, of course, is totally satisfied. We leave young Becks with a shy but smug grin on her face and four new commissions. Gosh. Is that really how you lot do your business?
