Five years ago we took a brief look at Architronic, the scholarly refereed Electronic Journal of Architecture at www.saed.kent.edu/Architronic. This was a production of Kent State University's college of architecture and environmental design.

I think it is now in limbo since the last issue seems to have been January 1999. Pity that, because that very issue was devoted to the obscure but fascinating topic of Theosophical architecture in places as varied as the Netherlands and Hollywood. It is nice that it is all still available on the internet because this and other research papers such as 'Michael Graves' Portland Building and its problems' and 'Foreign Missionaries and Chinese-style buildings, 1911-1949', need to stay in existence--just like with printed books and libraries.
