Advanced TelCom Group announced the appointment of Tony Persaud to the position of sales/solutions engineer for its Westchester regional office. In his new position, Persaud will be responsible for providing the sales team with technical training and technical assistance to configure communications solutions.

Prior to joining ATG, Persaud served as senior voice/WAN engineer and operations manager at Professional Networking, Inc. in Manhattan. He also served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army from 1982-1987.

Persaud resides in Queens, N.Y. with his wife and son Joshua.

The Kalian Realty announced that Coleen McNally has been appointed as a sales associate for the firm. McNally will be based in the division's Flemington office. She will be responsible for servicing Kalian customers in Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris, and Warren counties.

Before joining the Kalian Realty, McNally handled sales for a local Hunterdon county real estate company. She also worked as a title administrator at First American Title Company.

McNally is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey and Hunterdon/Somerset Associations of Realtors.

Carl Eriksen has joined Insignia/ESG as a senior managing director. His responsibilities include providing consulting and brokerage services to both tenants and owners of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Eriksen was a principal of Corporate Property Consultants, Inc. His responsibilities included all aspects of national corporate real estate representation, programming, site/office space evaluation, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. He served such clients as Intel Corporation, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Young and Rubicam.

Ericsen holds a B.S. in business management from Plattsburgh State University. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Industrial Development Research Council.

First American Title Insurance Company has promoted Allan Dreeland, Esq. to the position of assistant vice president/agency representative for Western Pennsylvania.

Dreeland has more than ten years of experience in the title insurance industry, having worked in such positions as manager of agency business development, agency relations representative, quality control administrator, and title attorney. Prior to entering the title business, Dreeland was a partner and an associate at several Pittsburgh area law firms, performing real estate and other legal services.

Dreeland received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. He resides with his wife Joyce in Peters township, Penn.

W. P. Carey & Co. LLC announced the appointment of Kimberly J. Dussol as vice president in the company's asset management group.

Dussol joined W. P. Carey & Co. in April 1996 as an assistant in the firm's acquisition department. She then moved to the firm's asset management group and was later promoted to the position of second vice president.

Dussol earned a B.A. from Queens College in 1993, an M.B.A. in finance from St. John's University in 1996, and an M.S. in real estate from New York University in 2001.

Nature's Choice Corporation announced the appointment of Matthew A. Vastano as executive vice president. In his new capacity, Vastano will be responsible for managing all municipal contracts for the company.

Prior to joining Nature's Choice, Vastano was vice president of Applied Compost Technologies. He also served as director of operations for Middlebush Compost, Inc.

Vastano is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He resides in Dunellen, N.J.

ON-SITE Sales & Marketing, LLC has appointed Joan T. Dearani as part of the sales team for Winding Creek at Old Tappan, a new brownstone community in Old Tappan, N.J. In her new position, Dearani will be responsible for the onsite sales program.

Prior to joining Winding Creek, Dearani directed successful sales and marketing programs at several high-end communities in New York and Northern New Jersey.

She holds a B.A. in education from William Paterson College and has a real estate license for both New York and New Jersey.

W. P. Carey & Co. LLC announced the appointment of Benjamin P. Harris as vice president in the company's acquisitions group.

Harris joined W. P. Carey & Co. as an analyst in June 1998. He was promoted to the position of acquisitions associate in 1999 and later became second vice president for the firm.

Harris earned a B.S. in economics and finance from the University of Kings College in Canada. He is a chartered financial analyst.

Helpern Architects has promoted Maria Wilpon to the position of senior associate and Hugh Isleib and Carl Yberg to associates.

Maria Wilpon, AIA, joined Helpern Architects in 1988. Her work has been focused primarily on architectural design and interiors and she has also taken charge of the firm's business development efforts.

Wilpon received a B.A. in architecture from the University of Los Andes in Colombia, and an M.A. in architecture and design from Pratt Institute.
